We developed an extension for SAP SuccessFactors to quickly check and react on sentiments within teams, which is a free offering of Pentos to support companies in the current situation.

Employees are increasingly working in the home office, and remote teams are searching for new ways to collaborate. We developed an extension for SAP SuccessFactors to quickly check and react on sentiments within teams, which is a free offering of Pentos to support companies in the current situation.
Quick Deployment
To implement the extension, you will need to add one field (the user-info element – Customers can configure it on their own via Business Configuration) and two homepage tiles, for which Pentos delivers the content and provides detailed instructions for free.

Quickly measure and act on your team’s sentiments
The team can access the extension via a tile on the Home Page and choose one of three options (displayed with emoji): sad, happy or neither sad nor happy
The Manager has a real-time overview on the sentiments of the team in the Manager Dashboard
Drilldown Reports for the whole company are available
