Blue Collar Mass Recruiting App
Business Case:
Recruiting events onsite, career fairs, campus events: there are plenty of occasions in which recruiters would like to add several new candidates to SAP SuccessFactors.
Our solution design:
We created an App that allows recruiters to easily mass register many candidates and associate them to a hiring event and a job requisition. The Recruiter needs only to enter mandatory candidate data to a form and then can provide data to SAP SuccessFactors with one click.
Efficient Works Council App
Business Case:
Involving the works council in the recruiting process, companies aim to ensure that the works council is provided with all needed information – not more and not less – in a simple and quick manner.
Our solution design:
With an SCP extension we provide exactly the needed information to the works council to review candidates in SAP SuccessFactors. The App is accessed directly from the home page and provides a user-friendly overview of all applicants of a position, including the documents that the candidates provided.
Candidate Select App
Business Case:
Many companies are interested in making the candidates’ grades of different high schools and universities comparable with each other.
Our solution design:
We developed an App that allows to fully integrate CASE Score with SAP SuccessFactors. CASE Score enables recruiters to compare candidates’ degrees across universities and subjects. At the same time, our App provides the applicants a smart, easy to use interface to submit data on their grades and allows for quick calculation of the CASE Score.
Learning – Extended Training and more
Business Case:
Many SAP SuccessFactors customers are interested in tracking both internal (inside SAP SuccessFactors Learning) and external (outside of SAP SuccessFactors) training requests and completions.
Our solution design:
With an SCP extension we provide an end-to-end external training solution: employees can submit external training requests right from their learning interface in SAP SuccessFactors (also via mobile) and get necessary approvals, managers get a real-time overview of the team members’ trainings, while HR team are provided with all relevant data to make right training and budget decisions.

Our App provides a powerful tool for managers to view and easily update key data for all team members in one place. Security Add-On (Role Based Permission View)
Business Case:
Each user in the system needs to have not less and not more permissions needed for his/her work – this goal tends to become a challenge when the number of users in the system is large.
Our solution design:
Our App provides a one-stop tool for the technical support team to get insights into Role-Based Permissions and quickly identify mismatches in permissions that require actions. The App also allows to separate view and edit permissions and, as a result, to enable a multilevel technical support: e.g. first a service center team check, then an admin check.
Bet on Soccer Score (B.O.S.S.)
Business Case:
Every year the whole world is monitoring and actively discussing the FIFA World Cup. Why not inviting your employees to bet on soccer game results directly in SAP SuccessFactors?
Our solution design:
We developed an App that allows to boost daily usage of SAP SuccessFactors, promote team spirit within the company and show that “anything is possible” in SAP SuccessFactors. The users can place their bets for each game, earn points for making accurate predictions and adjust their strategies to climb to the top.
Recruiting Cockpit
Business Case:
To provide outstanding candidate experience companies aim to make sure that no candidate is left without the recruiter‘s attention for a long time.
Our solution design:
With our extension recruiters get a powerful tool for reviewing candidates based on specific criteria. In addition to adjustable filters, results are sorted by urgency – high, medium or low priority is displayed depending on the number of days the candidate was not updated. When identifying a candidate that is in need of some attention, the recruiter can jump from the App directly into the respective application.

Traditionally, technical documentation is done in a redundant, error prone process with lots of effort in extraction and transformation.
Our solution design:
Our App allows to create the documentation of settings and XML configurations automatically, quickly and 100% according to settings in the relevant SAP SuccessFactors instance. Documentation generated by the App is very similar to the standard SAP SuccessFactors Workbooks and can be customized based on the business case, if necessary.
